The kind of person your poem describes is as a rule complicated and hard to get along with. The very kind of individual many people – including myself – tend to avoid when given a choice. So my point is don’t complain about being lonely after driving everyone else away.

Simple, elegant, truth. Hard not to like.

I admit to some envy. Managing to crystallise something so concisely is a skill I’ve yet to master. 🙂
Thanks. Would you believe that the other 80% of the poem just got cut off when I hit “publish,” though?
😉
I’d believe it if I did it. 😀 Your ‘secret’ is safe with me.

Don’t complain when others avoid you for being hard to get along with.
